John is amazing! He is professional to a fault. Responded to my email within the day, during the holidays no less. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about the inground installation process. We were worried about the sub zero weather we were having and John walked us thru this with his expertise. He carefully watched the forecast and was there the first day the weather permitted. Having said this, the weather was freezing cold and he still honored his word! John even suggested a better place for us to install the hoop, we are so glad he suggested it. A true professional. He followed up with an email a week later to make sure that we didn't have questions or concerns. Other business professionals should take a page from John. PS....He was not even the highest bid I received....went with him because he seemed to know his business and we are so glad we did....you will be too! Thanks again John!
The best professional experience hands down. John is very professional, timely and very knowledgeable. The basketball goal installation was perfectly done but what really set him apart is his willingness to follow-up with me regarding whether there is any issue or not. Hard to find such people around!!
I’ve known John for about 5 years now, ever since he first installed our playground at our church. Since then I have had him install a playground at my house and most recently an Alleyoop trampoline this past weekend. In between he moved our playground from one end of our yard to the other (about 200 yards). My wife and I were wondering how we were doing to make that happen and John had it done in an hour!
His work and attention to detail is second to none. Also, his willingness to go above and beyond to make everything perfect. One of my biggest pet peeves is lack of communication and poor follow up...this is what separates John from the pack. He shows up when he says he’ll be there and is very responsive in communication (which should be the norm, but isn’t).
In summary, I couldn’t be happier and would recommend John to anyone!
